PowerStone products undergo product acceptance before being shipped and packaged.

The acceptance of a photovoltaic (PV) mounting bracket system is a critical quality control step before the installation of solar panels. It ensures the structural integrity, safety, and long-term durability of the array against wind, snow, and seismic loads.

This is the foundation before export, with a focus on strict testing of the bracket body in accordance with IEC and GB standards:

Appearance and anti-corrosion inspection: Focus on checking the surface of the bracket for rust, deformation, and cracks, especially at the welds and bolt connections. For hot-dip galvanized brackets, it is necessary to ensure that the coating is intact and free of missing plating or peeling.

Dimensional accuracy review: Use tools such as total stations and level gauges to check the elevation deviation, verticality, and levelness of the bracket (deviations are usually within ± 2 °), as well as the uniformity of the connection gap.

Check the welding quality and inspect the internal defects of the weld seam through ultrasonic or magnetic particle inspection to ensure no incomplete penetration, slag inclusion or cracks, and the thickness of the weld seam is not less than the thickness of the base metal.

Through factory acceptance, it can effectively reduce the installation rework or operation and maintenance risks caused by bracket quality issues in overseas projects.
